Shipping Options Within India
Standard Shipping:
Delivered within 2–5 business days
Complimentary on all orders
Priority Shipping:
Delivered within 1–3 business days
₹100 flat, regardless of the number of items
Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (IST) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders received after the cut-off will be shipped by the next business day.

International Orders
At the moment, KINGSTITCH ships only within India. If you reside outside India and wish to own a KINGSTITCH shirt, we would be glad to assist you. Simply contact us, and we will explore the best possible way to fulfil your request.
Important Information
Order cut-off times serve as general guidelines and do not account for potential delays caused by payment authorization. We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, except during peak sale periods when dispatch may take up to 72 hours.
All delivery timelines are estimates and are calculated from the date of dispatch. Once an order has been scheduled for pick-up by our delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled. Similarly, we are unable to redirect orders after they have been dispatched.
For customer convenience, we do not mandate the buyer’s signature. However, for security and insurance purposes, a signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, any individual receiving the package on your behalf may sign for it. Please note that you are responsible for all shipments signed for at your address.
Insurance
Your KINGSTITCH order is fully insured while in transit and remains protected until it is delivered to your designated address. Our insurance partners cover only those packages that show visible damage or tampering at the time of delivery.
If you notice that the package is damaged, opened, or the seal is broken, please do not accept the delivery, as accepting it may make you liable for any loss or damage.
A signature is required for all deliveries—whether by you or by someone you have authorized (via phone or written communication). Once a package is signed for at the delivery address or collected from our location, responsibility for the product transfers to you.
A signature by anyone at the delivery address or collection by a person you have nominated is treated as confirmation of successful delivery and fulfillment by KINGSTITCH. This applies to all orders, including gift orders where the recipient and delivery address may differ from the purchaser.
For added convenience and security, you may specify an authorized recipient to accept your delivery. In such cases, we will deliver the order only to the person you nominate, unless instructed otherwise by you.
Please note that we do not verify the identity of the person accepting the delivery. Delivery to any individual at the specified address—or to anyone claiming to be an authorized recipient—will be considered successful delivery by KINGSTITCH.
Taxes & Duties
All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties. You will not be charged anything additional beyond the price shown at checkout.
Clarifications
“You” / “Your” refers to the customer who has placed an order on our website and/or completed the payment for a purchase.
“Intended delivery address” refers to the “Ship To” address provided at the time of placing the order. This applies to all orders—including gift orders—where the purchaser and the recipient may be different individuals or located at different addresses.
